Throughout the years, I have worked for and with many other industries. All working with different variation of business technologies. I have come to realize that there’s a gap of information and knowledge within the Dynamics communities. What’s exciting is that there’s been others like me where they would love to share their knowledge.

I remember when I first started my career, the normal way to gain knowledge was to go to school. When I came to realize, especially in technology, that it changes so fast  of what you learned from school, no longer applies to real life or the technology already evolved into something else. With other bloggers and educators within this space, I give them credit in helping me propel my career. So this personal website of mines is a way of paying it forward as I love what I do.

Matalino means “Smart” or “Intelligent” in Filipino.

I have a strong, deep-rooted passion for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application and the tight-knit community. I started working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (“Navision”) back in ancient times, the late 90’s, when it first appeared in the United States market.

Who else remembers Version 1.0 and the Navision Academy?

In my time with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, I have worked for both “Partners” and “End Users” in almost every role and have focused primarily on Solution Architecture and development. Having worked on both sides of more engagements than I can count, I understand what it takes to “get ‘er done.” This knowledge also allows me to translate technical information into “business speak” and present business requirements in “techno garble.”
